This beer tells the story of an American India Pale Ale with the main protagonist being hops. North American hops are added throughout the brewing process, giving this beer a very happy ending. Brewed with pure Otway rainwater. ABV 6.4%

Brewery de Posthoorn was founded in 1806 in the South of Holland. The brewerys name was chosen because of its location next to the postal carriage station. The post horn was used to signal their arrival and departure. While waiting for the postal carriages, people enjoyed the brewerys fine beer. Mountain Goat Organic Steam Ale is a crisp, certified organic ale. Incorporating wheat malt in the grist make up and fermented cool, with the use of Hallertau and Citra hops along with a light dose of Galaxy flowers at the end.

OBrien Pale Ale is a 100% gluten free light golden ale with abundant citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a light sweetness. OBrien Pale Ale was Australias first commercially produced gluten free beer and is made from gluten free millet and sorghum malts. It is a full bodied American style pale ale, and has been awarded multiple medals at the Australian International Beer Awards.

A big bold hoppy take on the classic American Pale Ale. Packed with American and Australian hops including Cascade, Columbus, Galaxy, Mosaic and Crystal, and supported by a firm malt backbone. Finishes clean with a firm bitterness.

Iron Jack is a mild, mid strength lager with low body and low bitterness to produce an easy drinking beer for maximum refreshment.The beer is fermented with lager yeast and fermented cool toproduce the clean, fresh taste thatmakes it so sessionable. The subtle use of Saazhops to add complexity and give the impression of a fullerbeer is evident in the aroma andlate flavour characteristics of the beer.

Pale straw colour, the aroma is floral notes of ripe, delicious apples, pears, and spice. A rich medium-bodied fruit driven style with citrus blossom and musk characters palate. The Pinot Grigio fruit was sourced from cool climate Victoria, a perfect part of Australia for growing this variety. The wine, being an aromatic varietal, was released as one of the first whites to be seen from the vintage.
