Dressed in a green jacket reminiscent of the Masters Champions, inspired by Scottish Golf courses and in homage to the spirit of golf in St. Andrews, Eden Mills Golf Gin was created in 2018 for golfers to enjoy all over the country. This botanically rich spirit incorporates botanicals from local grassland and coastal courses around Scotland which gives the gin a unique juniper and floral flavour. To ensure Golf Gin was truly representative of local golf courses, the team of distillers at Eden Mill sourced botanicals such as Seaweed from St. Andrews Links and Gorse Flower from Braids in Edinburgh to name a few, making this Gin every golfers G & Tee of choice.

Full of flavour, with passionfruit and apricot both dominating. Starts sweets but the slightly bitter passionfruit remains as the sweetness begins to fade. Toasted coconut notes add a savoury character. Passionfruit and Coconut Gin is best served with a premium tonic and garnished with pineapple.

Think Candy Cane in gin form - red, delicious, with a candied, cool peppermint twist. Recognising the delightful taste that is enjoyed by all over the festive season, our distillers crafted a Christmas inspired gin that is sweet on the palate leading to a warmer, rich minty character with hints of light berry fruits. Using peppermint for flavour, and bilberry and hibiscus for colour, our distillers have taken the art of gin to one universal symbol of Christmas Gin.

Bombay Sapphire's Gin is married with a 100% natural fruit infusion of Blackberry and Raspberry to create the delicious taste of Bombay Bramble. Banana Bomb is an extremely versatile cocktail spirit for all classic rum recipes but our favourite would be a legendary Banana Daiquiri.

During the late season’s annual harvest, using techniques passed down through generations, dedicated suppliers and farmers handpick and hand-peel each fruit at its most ripe and allow them to dry naturally under the Mediterranean sun, capturing only the brightest, most aromatic citrus oils that harvest has to offer. In each small batch, the master distiller selects the precise cut of the distillation to ensure each-and-every bottle is a fitting tribute to the region, the suppliers and farmers’ craftsmanship, and the supreme quality of that harvest ensuring the same outstanding liquid is produced each year.
