Bright light golden colour. High intensity and fine purity on the nose with youthful stone fruit like apricot, peach with ripe citrus, crushed nuts and some autolytic or buttery hints. The palate is well-balanced in its bone dry style, very fresh and salivating with good extract, fresh yellow fruit, citrus, some nutty notes and a long persistence. Very good. THREE DREAMERS is a tribute to our story and to our partner, who is no longer with us, that we want to celebrate with a great wine made from selected Montepulciano D’Abruzzo grapes, from our Cantalupo Estate in Abruzzo. The grapes are left to dry, for more than 2 months, in optimal conditions, with a process created by our research & development department. Having read this description, you might think we are talking about an Amarone made with Montepulciano grapes, but when you taste the wine, you will realize that it has incredible organoleptic characteristics that allow it to excel from every point of view. COLOUR : Deep ruby red with shades of black plum. BOUQUET : The aromas are deep and complex, ripe fruit, raisins, blackberries, sour cherries, cinnamon with touches of vanilla and dark chocolate. FLAVOUR : The palate has a powerful rush of cocoa powder, with notes of jammy blackcurrant and hints of mocha espresso and caramel toffee. The seamlessly integrated palate of powdery tannins frame the perfect acidity, giving a long texture on the finish. RECOMMENDED WITH : Its elegance and structure make it perfect with game, red meats or matured cheeses. It is also an ideal accompaniment for lengthy conversations. A household name in Italy and a cult hit abroad, Fernet-Branca also made its name as one of the popular drink in Argentina. Its thick, bitter flavour and spices, makes it something of an acquired taste. It was said to contain more than 27 different herbs and spices including aloe, rhubarb, and saffron, sourced from four continents. Popular served at room temperature or over ice. Great mixing with Cola or soda water to beat the heat wave!

A clean, clear and colourless spirit. On the nose - crisp with delicate floral aromas with a subtle hint of anise. Warm with strong peppercorn notes and a touch of sweetness. Dry, clean and warming sensation on the finish.

Calle 23 is a highland tequila from Jalisco. Its creator, French-born biochemist Sophie Decobecq, distils each expression separately (Blanco, Reposado, Aejo) to its own special recipe. Her tequilas are double-distilled and she uses Bourbon casks from Kentucky. The blanco (unaged) is a wonderfully clean palate with good agave, crisp apple and sweet tropical fruit notes (pineapple and ripe pear).

A fine artisanal pastis using long macerations of selected plants and herbs and distilled in old cooper stills. Its fresh and elegant with notes of anise, sweet almond and chartreuse.
