Jim Beam Devil's Cut is an extraordinary new bourbon experience. The expert distillers at Jim Beam have developed a process that pulls the rich whiskey trapped inside the barrels' wood after they have been emptied. They then hold this barrel-treated extract until it develops the proper balance, then blend it with 6 year old Bourbon and bottle at 90 proof (45% alc/vol). The resulting Bourbon is a robust, premium whiskey with rich deep colour, aroma and character.

Jefferson’s Very Small Batch is a blend of our base Jefferson’s bourbon – a simple, yet substantial whiskey – with 3 additional hand-selected straight bourbons of varying mash bills and ages. This creates a whiskey of consistent quality while allowing for complex nuances to express themselves in each new batch. Ezra Brooks Straight Bourbon Whiskey continues to be produced in the heart of Kentucky at the Lux Row Distillery. Expect sweet hints of honey and vanilla on the nose, accented by citrus notes. The palate is sweet and smooth with caramel and vanilla with hints of spice and chocolate, followed by a smooth, warm finish.

We took a fresh peach, arguably natures tastiest fruit, and blended it with our favorite whiskey to create a pleasing, peachy sweetness that hits you right in the kisser.

First savoured as a specially selected barrel aged Bourbon by a group of hunters, seeking the remarkable wild turkey, a native of North America. The extra age gives this Wild Turkey depth and complexity.

In 1940 a very special bottle of barrel-aged bourbon was brought on a wild turkey hunt. The name stuck and still signifies exceptional, aged bourbon today. Master Distiller Eddie Russell honours this tradition by ageing our bourbon longer - from five up to eight years - in number four 'alligator char' American oak barrels.

The art of making fine bourbon first took place on the site of the Woodford Reserve Distillery, a National Historic Landmark, in 1812.
