Glaetzer-Dixon's wine maker Nick has taken four generations of Barossa shiraz wine-making knowledge and applied it to carefully selected parcels of shiraz grapes from the Coal Valley in Southern Tasmania. The Mon Père Shiraz is a pre-eminent cool-climate shiraz, with flavours and textures evocative of Northern Rhône valley wines.

Named after Patricia Brown, the Patricia Shiraz is Brown Brothers benchmark Shiraz boasting richly concentrated, spicy fruit flavours balanced elegantly by sweet oak flavours and fine tannins resulting in a full-bodied, rich, textured red wine which can be enjoyed now and will continue to develop for the next decade.

Dense aromas of plum pudding, dried apricots and eastern spice introduce a voluptuous palate, boasting silky tannin, delicate hints of fresh summer berries and earthier tones of toasted oak and freshly cracked allspice. Les Trois Clefs (The Three Keys) is the emblem of the historic city of Avignon, capital of the Cotes du Rhone wine region. Chateauneuf du Pape is a superior Grenache Syrah that delivers all the juicy red fruits, power and complexity the region is famuos for. Domaine Asmara Infinity Shiraz is Domaine Asmaras flagship wine, it is only release in exceptional vintages with limited quantities. It is a bold, full bodied red wine, packed with ripe dark fruits flavours with chalky tannins and a lengthy finish. It would be a great candidate to cellar with the right conditions.

Iconic Shiraz Cabernet Hunter Valley Shiraz, Hilltops Shiraz, Hunter Valley Cabertnet Sauvignon, Hiilltops Cabernet Sauvignon: NSW Shiraz Cabernet Deep red in colour, a heightened aroma of mocha coffee and spicy dark fruits with a creamy vanillan oak background note. The palate is both powerful and voluminous with layers of unravelling flavour of plumb and blueberry fruits balanced with very fine and structured tannins that linger.
