Family owned and run for over 170 years, the Glenfarclas distillery has produced a slightly smoky, spicy Scotch with a rich long lasting finish. The 15 Year Old is golden amber in colour, the nose shows rich oak and a hint of peat smoke, with soft fruity characters. It is firm-bodied with a luscious glorious oaky finish, with a touch of smoke and sherry sweetness.

The Glen Moray 18 year old is a beautiful addition to the Glen Moray Heritage range. Only the very finest American oak barrels have been selected to emphasise the incredibly smooth character and taste of Glen Moray 18 year Single Malt. An intense whisky with a perfect structure, the soft flavours of sweet vanilla balanced with oak from the casks.

A revelation of the Folle Blanches full complexity and strength of character. A resplendent colour with hints of mahogany. An intense nose of orange preserve, rancio, honey and Madagascan pepper. The enticing power of the attack and the density of flavour on the palate are matched by a growing spiciness which is strong without ever being overwhelming. The long, smooth finish is replete with dried fruit flavours (pineapple, apple, grape).

Born in Mexico, shaped by Scotland, Storywood is the only range of tequilas in the world that are fully matured in single malt whisky and Oloroso sherry barrels. Storywood tequila begins with 10 year-old mature 100% blue weber agave, harvested from the lowland region of Jalisco and married with the natural spring water from Volcan de Tequila that flows down from the mountains. This liquid, much like a new make spirit, is then locked away in the finest of oak casks which have travelled 3 continents. Bottled at cask strength Storywood’s Double Oak is at the top of Storywood's range in the Cask Strength Limited Editions. Born in Mexico, but raised over 14 months in Single Malt Scotch Whisky barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks. Honey and caramel merge with cherry and dark fruit notes for a radically rare tequila. Limited to around 500 cases a year this one’s not to be missed!

Ilegal mezcal is a beautifully balanced vintage mezcal from Tlacolula, Oaxaca Mexico. It is made by a fourth generation Mescalero and his family using 500 year old methods. Aged for four months in new American oak. Caramelised pear on the nose, agave, butterscotch and vanilla on the palate. A light fruit finish. Velvety smokiness throughout.

Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. Entirely made by hand, Lark consistently distills some of the worlds most prized Whiskies, with no more than 100 litres at a time. Distilled in locally crafted copper-pot stills, this exceptional classic cask is the flagship product of the Lark Distillery. This Whisky is best described as a complex mix of vanilla-caramel-maple syrup with some slightly spicy, floral notes and gentle hints of fresh pepper on a flavourful lingering finish. The Quarter Cask is a strong, double cask matured, non-chill filtered malt from the iconic Islay distillery, Laphroaig. With a nose of burning peat embers and hints of coconut and bananas that is then followed by a palate that is deep and complex with smoky flavours. Still quite gentle with a hint of sweetness, this 48% Single Malt has a long, spicy and smoky finish that seems to last an eternity.
