This is our second release of Nebbiolo from TarraWarra. It is ideally suited to the Yarra Valley and is thriving in its location, yielding a wine that has classic Nebbiolo perfume and structure. The wine has a bright garnet colour, aromas of roses, smoked meats and spice, while the palate has bright fruit driven home by characteristic Nebbiolo tannins. It will reward years of cellaring.

The nose displays aromas of raspberry and herbs with an attractive earthiness. The palate shows red berries, pomegranate and some lovely forest floor characters. A fine tannin profile and bright natural acid lift provide great depth and structure to the plate. The beautiful acidity suggests this.

The vineyard series range of wines by David Bicknell at Oakridge matches particular varieties of wines with specific sites, showcasing outstanding examples of single vineyard wines. This wine was sourced from the north-facing Hyde Park vineyard sited in the grey alluvial loams of Coldstream. Vintage 2021 was a long, cool growing season with average cropping levels and ample rainfall has resulted in wines with outstanding varietal definition and purity. A vintage defined by cool, wet conditions, low crops and harvesting late into autumn. The resulting wines have great depth of flavour and vibrant, balanced acidities. A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine - whole berry bunch fermentation in open vessels for two weeks followed by a 10 month maturation in French oak.

Victoria's first vineyard is a landmark in the Yarra Valley and an icon of the Australian wine industry. Loads of lovely Pinot character on the nose with ripe cherry gamey notes and hints of "forest floor". Silky in texture the lingering flavour is enhanced by a touch of oak.

From the Six Js vineyard in Steels Creek. Totally destemmed and fermented and matured in stainless steel. The result is a beautifully vibrant wine with aromas of pure, ripe raspberries, summer cherries and a touch of spice. The palate is equally energetic with its core of bright fruits, super fine and silky tannins and juicy acidity. A total joy to drink now and over the next 2-3 years.

A complex cool climate Cabernet nose of blackberry, cassis and fleshy ripe fruits. The palate is defined by perfectly ripe soft tannins that will ensure the 2022 Medhurst Cabernet Sauvignon will continue to improve with careful cellaring for at least a decade.

This wine is the proud definition of the house style, a supremely perfumed and elegant expression that beautifully reflects the hallmark characters of the Yarra Valley. With the benefit of age, the palate is beautifully refined, showing a core of tart red cherry and concentrated dark berry fruit, uplifted by delicate hints of violets and white pepper. Its structure is defined by silky, integrated tannins and fine-lined acidity, resulting in a poised finish. This sophisticated style is an ideal match for BBQ pork, duck, or Moroccan-style lamb.

Yabby Lake's 'no expense spared' approach to viticulture and winemaking, is amply demonstrated in this super Pinot; fresh and fruity with secondary nuances, will please all Pinot lovers on a budget.

Bannockburn Shiraz is a multi-layered wine showing blackberry, black cherry and spice on the nose which follow through to the palate. Soft tannins and medium length.
