This is our second release of Nebbiolo from TarraWarra. It is ideally suited to the Yarra Valley and is thriving in its location, yielding a wine that has classic Nebbiolo perfume and structure. The wine has a bright garnet colour, aromas of roses, smoked meats and spice, while the palate has bright fruit driven home by characteristic Nebbiolo tannins. It will reward years of cellaring.

This savoury Pinot Noir is the result of an assemblage of twelve individual batches sourced from our Maroondah Highway vineyard. Subtle aromas of rhubarb, violets, earth, chervil, mace, leather, pencil shavings & cocoa nib with a stemmy note contributed by fermention with stalks. The composed elegant palate exhibits strawberry, tamarind & peach stone tartness from ingrained natural acidity, softly spreading fruit weight & sweeping talc-like tannins.

Paringa is one of Australia's best and most consistent Pinot producers. This wine shows superb varietal aromas of cherry, plum and spice, and the palate is long, textured and complex. With the ability to be cellared for the medium to long term, Lindsay McCall's Estate Pinot is a certainty to be included in any cellar of a great Pinot Noir lover.

The bouquet displays vibrant characters of dark cherry and plum. Use of French oak adds further layers of complexity to the aromas. The wine has great presence, texture and length. The palate is long and finishes with powdery, yet persistent tannins. Ripe and powerful, a great Yarra valley Pinot Noir which will also reward careful cellaring.

Victoria's first vineyard is a landmark in the Yarra Valley and an icon of the Australian wine industry. Loads of lovely Pinot character on the nose with ripe cherry gamey notes and hints of "forest floor". Silky in texture the lingering flavour is enhanced by a touch of oak.

Levantine Hill Syrah has lifted complex aromas of dusty red berries, musk, cardamom and white pepper and vanillin oak. The elegant medium-bodied palate abounds with spice and earthy nuances in a concentration of savouriness. The silky ripe tannins have been deftly integrated with the underlying oak providing carriage for the fruit weight and lingering flavours to a pronounced and persistent finish.

The De Bortoli Melba Vineyard’ at Dixons Creek has a rich history of exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon dating back to the 1970’s. The 'Melba' brand pays tribute to renowned operatic soprano diva, Dame Nellie Melba. 2018 is one of the best vintages of Cabernet we have seen in recent years Warm growing season, even ripening, mild and dry autumn, lots of tannin development. Deep red with purple. Deeply scented notes of blackberry, leaf and cedar wood. Sweet fruited, silky tannins, great depth, smooth and delicious.

The vineyard series range of wines by David Bicknell at Oakridge matches particular varieties of wines with specific sites, showcasing outstanding examples of single vineyard wines. This wine was sourced from the north-facing Hyde Park vineyard sited in the grey alluvial loams of Coldstream. Vintage 2021 was a long, cool growing season with average cropping levels and ample rainfall has resulted in wines with outstanding varietal definition and purity. A traditional winemaking approach was used
