Oyster Bay Pinot Noir is surprisingly a serious complex Pinot. Intense cherry and gamey, earthy notes are enhanced with quality French oak and the finish is spicy savoury and long. Terrific value.

Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvée Rosé is a delicious combination of the elegant and zesty Chardonnay fruit which brings finesse, and the fragrant rich Pinot Noir which gives soft red berry fruit characters to the wine. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation, which brings to life the delightful and refreshing character.

Central Otago Pinot's are generally more user-friendly than Burgundy; Rabbit Ranch is very soft fruit-forward style with soft tannins; best enjoyed young.

Dark cherry, violet and cinnamon spice aromas complement red fruit, chocolate and subtle spice flavours on the palate. The fruit flavours are framed with supple tannins and a core of juicy acidity.
