Our own interpretation of an old style of gin popular in the 18th century, when strict licensing made it difficult to make and sell gin. The image of a tomcat hung outside a door indicated that this was an illegal distillery. Our classic London Dry Gin base remains, however the addition of Yorkshire liquorice creates a sweeter more mellowed gin.

These unique botanicals are complemented with zesty Yorkshire marmalade, water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

One glimpse of the sleek, black bottle indicates that this is something very special. Our Navy Strength Gin uses the same botanical mix as our classic London Dry Gin including Primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rose-hip and Taylors of Harrogate green and jasmine tea, however is stronger and richer with an ABV of 57%. This creates a great body and intensity whilst still retaining our classically smooth finish. This gin continues the tradition of the Royal Navy’s ‘proof test’, whereby gunpowder can still ignite if gin is accidentally spilled upon it.

Beefeater is a benchmark in London's Gin market and has been for more than a century. Spicy and fruity aromas with a nice balance and a focus on the juniper along with eight other botanicals. Tiger beer is a smooth, well hopped beer with refreshing aftertaste. It is brewed using Malt Barley from Australia and Europe and bitter hops from Germany. The yeast is a unique strain that is cultured in Holland especially for Tiger Beer.

Fully imported from Holland, Hollandia is brewed in the traditional way creating a beer that is crisp and refreshing in the northern European lager style. Careful selection of hops and barley ensures Hollandia will become a firm favourite of lovers of the style.

Hayman's Sloe Gin delivers bitter and sweet notes, complemented with a rich, sweet blackcurrant, fruity nose. Hayman's Sloe can enjoyed on its own, over ice or in a long drink.

Tooheys Extra Dry is Australia's fifth highest selling beer (Nielsen April 2010) and is well known for its clean, crisp taste. Its dry finish is achieved by an extended fermentation, ensuring minimal residual fermentable sugars. Wonderful fruity, malty notes accompany a mellow middle palate, leaving a clean aftertaste.
