Yangarra Circle Shiraz - A fresh, vibrant, and medium-bodied Shiraz crafted from organically and biodynamically farmed estate fruit in McLaren Vale’s elevated northeast.

This wine has been crafted from select organicallyfarmed vineyards in the region, which saw harvest in late March. The fruit was destemmed and fermented in static fermenters with regular pumping over. The wine obtained was then matured in a mix of old and new French oak for 12 months.
