Hentley Farm focuses on producing elegant and complex single-estate and single-block wines reflective of their exceptional piece of Barossan terrior. 'The Marl' takes its name from the fruit grown on red clay loam over marl (a friable earthy deposit consisting of clay and limestone) which reduces the water and nutrient availability producing low crops and rich flavours. With a strong aromatic profile, this straight varietal Grenache punches well above it's weight delivering stunning amounts of blackcurrants and raspberry and a hint of spice on the palate with a soft and balanced finish.

This Georg Jensen Hallmark Cuvýe is a 'designer' sparkling wine created as a collaboration between the renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen, and cool climate Heemskerk wines in Tasmania. It's presented with an elegantly crafted closure that can be used as a bottle stopper. The sparkling itself is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, sourced from premium vineyards to produce a wine of elegance and persistence. The palate, containing notes of lemon pith and roast cashew nuts, shows restraint with a beautiful chalky mouthfeel and a backbone of taut acidity and elegant minerality.

Aroma/Palate: Made from the classic Hunter white varieties semillon (70%) and chardonnay (30%). The semillon provides great freshness with its citrus acidity, while the chardonnay lends this wine a wonderful balance and fullness on the palate. Serving Suggestion: Superb as an aperitif or cocktail. Also the perfect accompaniment to fine seafood and oysters. Why else would we call it Neptune? Cheers!

Gorgeous Grenache displays a beautifully perfumed nose with hints of violets and wild strawberry. The palate is succulent, juicy and Pinot-like in its profile while the finish is savoury and moreish. Sourced from a number of vineyards in The Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia. All vineyards are vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine. From our base in the idyllic Adelaide Hills, we work with pristine fruit sourced from iconic vineyard sites. Classic Margaret River nose of cassis, mulberries and capsicum. Fermentation and development in French and American oak, gives this wine a delicious mouthful of sweet fruit with notes of chocolate, cedar and plums.

Deep crimson purple colour. Ripe plummy, blackberry and spice aromas which are transformed into a generous mouthfilling palate. The contribution of the Durif is subtle, yet evident, giving the wine added depth. Soft finish. A must for the Christmas Table.
