This sparkling wine is named after our grandmother Merle "Dulcie" Spry also affectionately known as Granny Cookie. It has been made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The wine shows a fine bead with a lifted floral aroma and fresh fruit forward palate with subtle yeast characteristic, it finishes with a refreshing touch of apple and citrus.

A myriad of rich dark berry fruit flavours from the Wrattonbully region meld ideally with the Adelaide Plain's elegant complexity and smooth finish.Intense colour pre-empts layers of lush dark berry and plum fruits with subtle pepper and eucalypt nuances.
