The Dunes & Greene Split Pick Moscato NV from South Australia is a delightful sweet wine. On the nose it displays notes of juicy peach, ripe pears and a hint of spice. In the glass, it is a light golden colour with a delicate effervescence. The palate is full and juicy with floral, honey and citrus flavours. The light sweetness is well balanced with a zesty acidity giving a crisp, refreshing finish. Perfect for pairing with spicy dishes or enjoying on its own.

Classic Margaret River nose of cassis, mulberries and capsicum. Fermentation and development in French and American oak, gives this wine a delicious mouthful of sweet fruit with notes of chocolate, cedar and plums.

A cool moderate summer with consistent flavour development . The season produced rich flavours and ripe tannins. Distinctive Margaret River regional Cabernet Sauvignon aromas, with rich dark fruit flavours. Soft fruit tannins on the finish. Beef casserole or dukkah crusted lamb cutlets. Winemaking This is a blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir fruit sourced entirely from the Napoleone Vineyard in the Yarra Valley. Each bottling represents a blend, being one part from the grandfather base tank (the oldest element being 2010) along with one part from the current vintage. The wine sees full MLF, as well as small injections of new oak and brandy spirit. Appearance Pale gold in appearance with a fine persistent bead. Bouquet Aromas of citrus fruits and subtle apricot, complemented by a doughy, bready complexity. Palate Fresh and vibrant with a focused palate structure of apple blossom and citrus characters with complex brioche notes.

'The Marl' takes its name from the fruit grown on red clay loam over marl (a friable earthy deposit consisting of clay and limestone) which reduces the water and nutrient availability producing low crops and rich flavours. With a strong aromatic profile, this straight varietal Grenache punches well above it's weight delivering stunning amounts of blackcurrants and raspberry and a hint of spice on the palate with a soft and balanced finish.
