Crafted from the premium Limestone Coast and Langhourne Creek vineyards, known for their exceptional fruit. COLOUR – Dark and Intense Red AROMA – Classic berry fruits, supported by plum and blackcurrant notes and toasty oak PALATE – Know as ‘the perfect pair’ Shiraz and Cabernet both complement each other to make this a complete wine. Delightful spice with cassis, mocha and licquorice the wine is full bodied with a bold but round finish.

Loads of flavour here, but not as much oakiness as you might think. Sure, it's there, but the vibrancy and depth of the fruit more than compensates. Dark fruit freshened by minty regional undertones, great length and smoothness brought about by 5 years in our cellar, and you have a terrific Coonawarra cabernet. This single vineyard, single varietal Shiraz is abundant & generous in style. Full bodied & intensely flavoured, it's produced from our estate grown grapes that have been dried on the vine to concentrate flavours. For additional complexity, the wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. With layers of rich dark fruit & smooth tannins the wine is multilayered and accessible. Cellar five to eight years from release.

The family Grenache block on Thiele Road in Bethany are one of the old vines planted in the 40's and still producing fantastic fruit today. Schwarz has dark inky purple colour with a great aromas of sour cherry, ripe dark fruits and a hint of fresh raspberry on the nose. Although not fruit driven, the red fruits characters are lifted with some earthy oak undertone on the palate. Hint of fresh spices with some subtle tannin towards a rather long finish. A bold wine with a difference.

A beautifully elegant form of Shiraz from Picardy displaying notes or red fruits, cracked black pepper and spice. A fresh, vibrant wine with suede like silky tannins and a wonderfully lingering finish. Super stylish effort.

Vibrant in colour the nose shows plum and berry fruit with spice pepper and well integrated oak. The palate has good fruit weight with attractive berry flavours and a fine tannin finish.

From Orange in NSW, this Shiraz is a good introduction to the qualities of this emerging area. It shows aromas of plum and spices and the palate is all about the fruit with little intrusive oak.
