Sourced from a number of vineyards in The Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia. All vineyards are vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine. This is a medium bodied wine with typical black and red berry fruit flavour, subtle cigar box and light vanilla. The wine is soft and carries long delivering a very satisfying array of flavours that will marry perfectly with many red meat dishes.
