Baroota Creek Cabernet Shiraz is a big wine jam packed with fruit flavours, blackberries, cherries, raspberries, even a hint of rhubarb and spice, all reminiscent of Grandma's signature Christmas cake. This wine showcases Flinders Run's signature style, big and bold but with an elegance that resonates sophistication style and class. Bin 389 was often referred to as ‘Baby Grange’, in part because components of the wine are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. First made in 1960 by the legendary Max Schubert, this was the wine that helped forge Penfolds reputation with red wine drinkers by combining the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz. Exemplifying the judicious balance of fruit and oak, Bin 389 highlights the generous mid-palate Penfolds in known for.

Bin 707 is a Cabernet Sauvignon reflection of Grange, intensely-flavoured fruit, completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak, expressing a Penfolds understanding of multi-vineyard, multi-region fruit sourcing. Bin 707 was first vintaged in 1964. The wine was not made from 1970 to 1975 when fruit was directed to other wines, nor in 1981, 1995, 2000, 2003 or 2011 (when fruit of the required style and quality was not available). Full bodied and with proven cellaring potential, Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australias finest Cabernets.

Elephant In The Room Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium brick red in colour with a lifted and expressive nose of red berries,blackcurrants and distinct varietal tobacco leaf and forest floor. The palate is fruit-driven and vibrant with an open and approachable core of supple berried fruits, plums and cassis building to a ripe and mouth-filling back palate. A perfect each way betexcellent to drink now but able to improve with up to five years cellaring.

The colour is vibrant red with ruby hues. The nose is lled with the aromas of fresh zingy red berries, currants and spearmint. Juicy red currants and berry avours ow across the palate.

This 2 litre cask displays a fruit driven bouquet consisting of red berry-fruit, cherry and plum characters. The palate is light, soft and well-balanced with a lingering fruity finish.
