A multi-vintage blend of cabernet and merlot made in partnership with Dourthe Bordeaux, blurring the notions of Old and New World. 2020 Merlot from the soils of Bordeaux blended with 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon from distant vineyards in South Australia. Medium-bodied, savoury and complex.

Ruby red in colour with lifted aromas of eucalypt and blackberries. The medium to full-bodied palate exudes a lovely early note of caramel balanced with delicious blackberry undertones bound together by fine, velvety tannins. Perfect with Lamb Roast, shanks, ragu or chops. No preservatives to this wine to produce a young, fresh and vibrant red to be consumed in its youth.

Crafted from the premium Limestone Coast and Langhourne Creek vineyards, known for their exceptional fruit. COLOUR – Dark and Intense Red AROMA – Classic berry fruits, supported by plum and blackcurrant notes and toasty oak PALATE – Know as ‘the perfect pair’ Shiraz and Cabernet both complement each other to make this a complete wine. Delightful spice with cassis, mocha and licquorice the wine is full bodied with a bold but round finish.

Loads of flavour here, but not as much oakiness as you might think. Sure, it's there, but the vibrancy and depth of the fruit more than compensates.
