The name 11 MINUTES refers to the durationof the skin contact, the pressing of the grapes: the full load of grapes is very softly pressed. It is ideal as an aperitif and as anaccompaniment to the most delicate dishes.

With pale salmon colouring and notes of red fruits, rose petals and spice, See No Evil Rose can be enjoyed all year round. The flavour palate is built upon a foundation of vibrant red berries and candied fruit which pave the way to a long and dry finish

The aromatics are true to type, initially delicate, even shy. Then as the glass warms a melange of spices including cardamom with hints of Lily of the Valley. The palate has drying raspberry entry followed by raspberries more fresh and zingy. All in all a long palate that really saturates your tastebuds with flavour. Please serve chilled. If you serve this wine at room temperature much of the magic of the Fairytale will be lost.

On the nose it is clean and intense with raspberrymelon and grapefruit underlined with a floral note of rose andbroom. The palate is dry, elegant and fresh. It can besilky and even saline.
