Admiral Vernon is one of history's unique mixologists after circumstances forced him to come up with a rum recipe that would appease the British Navy after he reduced the fleets rum rations. His solution was to add lime and touch of sugar to mix to create a truly delicious rum. This concept has been embraced in the Old J Spiced Rum with flavours of Persian Lime and Smooth Vanilla delivery an unparalleled rum experience.

Bundaberg Rum Select VAT
Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.

It will make a great variation on a Martini or for something refreshing and simple add either lemonade or ginger beer and garish with half a passionfruit.
