Lifted aromas of freshly sliced pear, crunchy red apple notes, spices and more, this is a clean, lingering wine and perfect to match the amazing mussels grown in the sounds.

Approachable, generous and flavoursome with a silken elegance. Berry fruits come to the fore with gentle dried herb notes in the background. Medium bodied, the palate is finely structured with lovely soft lingering tannins which integrate perfectly with the soft supportive acid and plush fruit.

Zephyr Sauvignon Blanc flaunts a fantastic pale green colour, very much like a lime leaf. The nose of this wine is pure, verve and punchy with aromas of snow pea, white grapefruit and coriander. The fleshy palate features flavours of lemongrass and rock melon, with lemonade acidity evident throughout. The savoury structure adds to the lengthy finish. This aromatic wine is lovely with scallops, rock cod, soft goat cheese, or prosciutto.
