After maturing the whisky for 21 years, the Malt Master adds even warmer and richer flavours by uniquely finishing this single malt in first fill bourbon barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean. The rum soaked cask infuses the aged whisky with a spicy warmth and indulgent vanilla and toffee sweetness, the character of the Caribbean shining through. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

Don Julio 1942 Añejo was created for the first time back in 2002 to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Don Julio and is the ultimate experession of the Tequila art. Made in the Añejo style, this Tequila is made from the finest piñas, double distilled and aged for 24-30 months in small oak barrels. Rich, sweet aromas of caramel and toffee are layered with a fresh vanilla fragrance and hints of cherry-like red fruits.

Domaine du Tariquet 1994 BA 45.5% 700ml Grape Variety: 60% Ugni-blanc 40% Baco Tasting Notes: Vintage blonde colour, slightly tiled. The nose is ripe, well vanilla, some aromas of hazelnut then a very pleasant sensation of sweetness. The aromatic palette turns out to be noble, very “cigar box” and cashew nuts on the glass bottom. The palate is suave, powerful, thick with a feeling of opulence, bringing in the finish more orange freshness.
