The Hakushu Distillery is know as the 'Mountain Forest Distillery' as it stands amidst fresh streams and lush forests. Built with the notion, 'Coexisting with nature', a bird sanctuary was set up to help preserve the natural environment, thus preserving the pristine water that goes into creating the whisky. The 12 year old single malt whisky has a crisp and vibrant taste and can be enjoyed on neat, on the rocks or with ice and soda water.

The world’s first rested, super-premium young potato vodka. Naturally gluten-free, Family Reserve features a special variety of young potato that was planted during the 2016 growing season in the rich, dark soil of the estate fields surrounding the distillery. The potatoes were harvested when they were still young, producing a sweeter tasting profile with delicate earthy notes. The spirit was then left undisturbed in fifty-year-old Polish oak barrels for two years to allow time for it to rest and mellow before being bottled, by hand. Rum distillers from Sancti Spiritus, near the Sierra del Escambray in the heart of Cuba, worked to develop this unique Cuban rum finish. Casks of Cuban rum are decanted at the distillery in Scotland and then filled with 21 Year Old Glenfiddich to absorb the unique character lingering in the wood. The result is the unmistakable Glenfiddich flavour revealed through a new and vibrant overtone.

Uniquely finished for up to four months in barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean to create a luxuriously rich and indulgent single malt. After maturing the whisky for 21 years, the Malt Master adds even warmer and richer flavours by uniquely finishing this single malt in first fill bourbon barrels that once contained rum from the Caribbean. The rum soaked cask infuses the aged whisky with a spicy warmth and indulgent vanilla and toffee sweetness, the character of the Caribbean shining through. This gives the whisky a sumptuous sweet intensity that is both rich and creamy yet still retains the unmistakable character of Glenfiddich.

Our Limited Release Ruby Pinot Cask Finish is a tantalisingly light and fruit-filled composition; a single malt whisky with notes of orange blossom and honeysuckle that embodies the characteristics of a crisp, Tasmanian spring morning. A combination of Port, Sherry, Bourbon, White Oak and Wine casks from our Bothwell Distillery were selected to complement the juicy flavours of vibrant berries from the finishing casks: Frogmore Creek’s ex-Ruby Pinot Noir fortified wine casks. With mouth-watering inflections of mandarin, maple and meadow honey, this is a compellingly crisp single malt whisky reminiscent of a springtime sunrise in the Tasmanian highlands. Mouthwatering mandarin, maple, meadow honey, macadamia, and marizipan. Bright and juicy notes of black cherry, orange blossom, and toasted oak, topped with vanilla bean whipped cream, just delicious.

Full of dark forest fruits, bright citrus peel and Tasmanian brandy blanketed in toasted oak, this indulgent little dram is as a slice of fruitcake and a cuppa. A sticky, plummy, homemade fruit cake in a glass, Orange peel-infused caramel pudding topped with spices. Dried fruits play off the rich, earthy oak.
