Founded in 1843 and perfected by the men of tain Glenmorangie is renowned as a pioneer in the field and this latest release is no exception. This is in no small part thanks to Master Distiller Dr. Bill Lumsden, recently named Distiller Of The Year at the 2016 International Whisky Competition. The Signet is a blend of Glenmorangies oldest and rarest whiskies - distilled over thirty years ago and matured in a selection of the worlds finest casks, undoubtedly the richest whisky in the Glenmorangie range. Boasting melting sweetness and explosive spiciness thanks to the use of roasted chocolate barley malt and designer American white oak casks made especially for Glenmorangie. Glenfiddich resurrects the lost tradition of maturing whisky in rum casks with this Glenfiddich 21 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky. Rum distillers from Sancti Spiritus, near the Sierra del Escambray in the heart of Cuba, worked to develop this unique Cuban rum finish. Casks of Cuban rum are decanted at the distillery in Scotland and then filled with 21 Year Old Glenfiddich to absorb the unique character lingering in the wood. The result is the unmistakable Glenfiddich flavour revealed through a new and vibrant overtone.

Domaine du Tariquet 1994 BA 45.5% 700ml Grape Variety: 60% Ugni-blanc 40% Baco Tasting Notes: Vintage blonde colour, slightly tiled. The nose is ripe, well vanilla, some aromas of hazelnut then a very pleasant sensation of sweetness. The aromatic palette turns out to be noble, very “cigar box” and cashew nuts on the glass bottom. The palate is suave, powerful, thick with a feeling of opulence, bringing in the finish more orange freshness.
