A painstaking exploration of small vineyards across Barossa for sites that best display varietal characters akin to those of our legendary estate wines uncovered The Heidenreich vineyard at Light Pass, planted in the late 1930s. The vineyard produces consistently excellent Cabernet Sauvignon with layers of black fruit, leafy overtones and tobacco notes.
