It was a plentiful and quality harvest that took place in cool,dry and sunny conditions. All the ingredients required for an excellent vintage were present, leading to Cuvée Louise. Having taken the time to choose the best plots, having waited patiently before going to harvest, having picked only the finest bunches and selected onlythe purest pressed juices, we managed to perfectly unleash the potential of this vintage, while preserving the identity of the terroirs of the three Grands Crus that make up CuvéeLouise by Pommery: Ay, Avize and Cramant. Cuvée Louise is the perfect champagne to celebrate an exceptional moment. Great accompainment to oysters, steamed fish as well as grilled vegetables such as asparagus, mushrooms and artichokes.

Veuve Clicquot is widely regarded as one of the great Champagne houses. A pioneer in Champagne, Madame Clicquot's legacy can still be tasted in every bottle of Veuve. The Vintage by Veuve is a typically generous and full-bodied style of Champagne with all the toastiness and notes of brioche lover of Veuve have come to expect.

A flamboyant, scarlet red robe - a recognizable signature. Delicate and lively effervescence. A rich and expressive red fruit nose - blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry and Gariguette strawberry freshened with citrus, mandarin and blood orange. A finish lifted with paprika and saffron. A brisk, original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. This structure and fruitiness is enriched with warm, spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

Pol Roger Brut displays a beautiful golden straw coloured hue, as well as abundant and fine bubbles. With a powerful and attractive nose, it first delivers aromas of fruit (pear and mango) and then releases light flavours of honeysuckle and white jasmine, lingering on vanilla and brioche notes. Behind a frank and dynamic attack, the wine encompasses a nice harmony and a pleasant freshness, whilst preserving some structure. On the palate, flavours of cooked fruit (quince jelly, apricot jam) happily mingle with fragrances of beeswax and acacia honey. The long-lasting aromas, composed of both fruity (candied orange peel, tangerine) and spicy notes (cardamom, anis) is outstanding.

Elegant, with colour changing naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon-pink. A precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry, black cherry. A fresh and sharp attack for this supple and rounded wine. On the palate, it offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries. Pinot Noir from 10 different crus located mainly in the South and North areas of the Montagne de Reims including the famous Côte de Bouzy. Notably from the finest crus of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. The grapes from carefully selected plots are sorted and destemmed before vatting. The maceration lasting from 48h to 72h depending on the harvest helps the extraction of the colour and the development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir, with 5 years minimum ageing.

White gold in appearance with a fine effervescence. Mineral, chalky notes on the nose lead to elegant aromas of citrus and white fruit. A lively a wine of great depth and persistent freshness that gives way to notes of bitter orange and lemon on the finish. Serving temperature: between 9°c and 11°c.

A structured, full-bodied and franc wine. A juicy, fleshy pear and golden grape texture. The finish narrows to citrus and grapefruit flavours. A wine with great fruit, a good mouthfeel and a harmonious balance.
