Pocketwatch Pinot Noir was produced using grapes grown in Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley. It is a delicate red wine exhibiting subtle hints of oak from its nose. Displaying bright fruit characteristics, the palate is filled with red fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry combined with a slight earthy appeal and nuances of oak. An easy-to-drink wine, it can be paired with roasted chicken, pasta, grilled salmon and duck.

The Evans & Tate Gnangara Shiraz's spicy aromas are combined with peppery, savoury notes and the flavours of ripe red berries are fresh and lively with light tannins on the finish.

A true rarity – Pinot Meunier, known as a constituent of some Champagnes, adding richness and body – is very rarely vinified on its own anywhere in the world. As winemaker Bryan Currie shows, it can be done, and very well. “Light in colour but it has its kicking boots on. Cranberry, red cherry, meaty spice and wood smoke flavours combine beautifully. It kicks quality goals from start to finish; tannin, acid and texture are all in good form too... 93 points” (Halliday).

Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). Barokes Cabernet Shiraz Bin 121 displays red and crimson colours. A rich mouth feel is provided by the shiraz, with a firm finish of the cabernet. There are ripe aromas on the nose with a subtle hint of oak.
