This blend, sourced from premium Australian wine regions, has spicy dark berry fruit flavours which are enhanced by a smooth and well rounded palate.

Pocketwatch Pinot Noir was produced using grapes grown in Mornington Peninsula and Yarra Valley. It is a delicate red wine exhibiting subtle hints of oak from its nose. Displaying bright fruit characteristics, the palate is filled with red fruit flavours of cherry and raspberry combined with a slight earthy appeal and nuances of oak. An easy-to-drink wine, it can be paired with roasted chicken, pasta, grilled salmon and duck.

The Evans & Tate Gnangara Shiraz's spicy aromas are combined with peppery, savoury notes and the flavours of ripe red berries are fresh and lively with light tannins on the finish.

It has an excellent length of flavour, velvety tannins and hints of smoky oak. 71% Shiraz and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon are separately fermented & matured in a combination of new French & American oak before final blending.
