Perfumed with spice, pepper, chocolate, plum and boysenberry with underlying violet notes and cedary oak richness.

Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). This is a beautifully expressive wine. Inky, rich and herbal Cabernet melds with plummy, velvety, mouthfilling Merlot to create a really layered and complex wine you want to keep on sipping.

The McGuigan Black Label Red is an approachable, medium bodied style with a nice combination of ripe, soft fruit flavours and the perfect balance of tannin to provide some structure. Riverside Landing Cabernet Merlot is youthful, fresh and fruit-driven red wine blend from South Australia. The Cabernet brings luscious blackcurrant flavours, while the Merlot gives it a smooth, supple texture. A good match with red meat and Italian food.

Seemingly bold, yet irresistably delicate, this Pinot Noir is lighter in alcohol and full of flavour, dusplay notes of fresh red berry fruits that develop onto the palate leaving a clean finish.

This Australian dry red wine reveals a bouquet of dark cherries and subtle hints of vanilla aromas. Flavours of plum, dark cherry and blackberry fruit are balanced by spicy oak characters. Finishing with soft, silky tannins on the palate.
