Grape variety - 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Oak maturation - None. Colour - Pale straw-green. Aroma - Pungent Sauvignon Blanc characters of lychee, goosebery, passionfruit and lime along with roasted red capsicum and cut grass. Palate - Full and textured with balanced acidity. There are fruit characters of lychee, goosebery and lime with freshly cut grass. A light and fruit driven wine with great drinkability. Viticulture - Fruit is sourced from neighbouring properties in the northern Yallingup sub-region of Margaret River. Direct input from Forester’s viticulturist ensures well balanced canopies and crops are grown for the ripe style desired. The 2022 vintage was a mild year for white grapes in Margaret River, allowing plenty of time during January and February to ripen the fruit to our specification. Winemaking - Modern white winemaking techniques are employed in the production of the Lifestyle Sauvignon Blanc, with temperature control considered critical from the moment the fruit reaches the winery. The fruit is destemmed and crushed, then must chilled and pressed off skins in a very short space of time. The clarified juice is then racked to a fermentation tank. A range of specially selected yeasts are employed on different parcels of fruit and the resulting dry tanks of wine are carefully blended to maintain the Forester Style. Storage and Bottling - Bottled under screwcap into a burgundy bottle.

Palate - A rich and harmonious palate that is soft, silky and just a little sweet. There are fresh flavours oflime, honeydew melon and guava. Our philosophy has always been to give our wines time to develop in the bottle before release, a rarity in today’s market. Enjoying wines when they are ready to drink, rather than straight after bottling, when the wine has had time to develop and balance up in the bottle with no screaming parts. This cane cut is produced from Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in 1987. Hand harvested on the 17th of April at 23 baume. Fruit cold crushed to press and cold settled before a 12 o C ferment in barrel. Aged on light lees for four months before bottling.

TASTING:Bursting with lively aromas of fresh-cut grass alongside crushed mint, gooseberry and white florals. The palate is fresh and lively, with notes of passionfruit, guava and tropical fruit. Its textural quality enhances the complexity and balance of the wine, ensuring it is thoroughly enjoyable. WINEMAKING:Grapes are harvested at night, crushed and pressed. Fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatics and flavours of this wine. The uniqueness of the Sav Blanc is the secret blend of other varietals giving brightness and complexity.

A classic Margaret River sauvignon blanc sourced from Karridale in southern Margaret River. Aromas of of exotic tropical fruits, lychee and lime, enhanced by orange blossom.

Howard Park Sauvignon Blanc contains a fragrant nose of snow peas and guava with a little passionfruit which is a precursor to a palate that's juicy and tight with citrus acidity. A barrel fermented component ensures that there is a level of complexity that separates it from its contemporaries.
