From the near perfect 2018 vintage this wine is typical of the style that comes from Margaret River tropical fruit mineral layers, and crisp acidity.

Grape variety - 99% Semillon, 1% Sauvignon Blanc. Colour - Pale straw-green. Aroma - Clean and ripe with lime, lychee, pineapple, candied lemon and snow pea. Palate - A rich and harmonious palate that is soft, silky and just a little sweet. There are fresh flavours oflime, honeydew melon and guava. This cane cut is produced from Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in 1987. Hand harvested on the 17th of April at 23 baume. Fruit cold crushed to press and cold settled before a 12 o C ferment in barrel. Aged on light lees for four months before bottling.

Complex and interesting with fascinating oyster shell aromatics, intense pure white tropical flavours with schisty minerally notes: powerful, vibrand and tangy, finishing fresh and zesty. A classic Margaret River sauvignon blanc sourced from Karridale in southern Margaret River. Aromas of of exotic tropical fruits, lychee and lime, enhanced by orange blossom.

Bursting with zesty lemon and lime, and a subtle hint of white blossom. Super vibrant and seriously delicious! Tropical fruit notes pair with aromas of freshly cut grass and crunchy apple. The finish is lively, bright, and refreshing. Classic summer drinking.

This wine is a blend of 79% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Semillon and 5% Verdelho, and is made from certified biodynamic fruit. Harvested on the fruit and flower days of the biodynamic calendar and fermented without oak, additions of yeast or acid. Some skin contact time before fermentation.
