The fruit was entirely hand-harvested and allowed 6 hours skin contact in the press before fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to maximise fruit expression. This wine shows all the hallmarks of easy-going, classic Italian Pinot Grigio; subtle grapefruit and underlying floral and spice notes on the nose followed by citrus and peach flavours bound together by a tight minerality.

This is a very fine Gris. Its elegant nose shows hints of citrus, grapefruit, musk and apricot while on the palate the wine is structured and remarkably tight with mineral characteristics supporting rich, tropical fruit. The acid is very fresh and the length impeccable.

Josef Chromy's Pinot Gris delivers a fresh, zesty flavour profile of ripe apricot, pear and subtle hints of ginger. The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.

Dopff Pinot Gris Reserve from the famous Alsace region has crafted a supple and full bodied pinot gris deserving of the commendations from respected wine makers. Joe Grilli, Primo Estate’s owner and winemaker, named his Pinot Grigio 'd’Elena' as he planted his single hectare of Pinot Grigio vines the week his daughter Elena was born in 1998. Eighteen years later, the vines have developed deep roots in the shale stone soil and produce a savoury style Pinot Grigio with minerality and elegance. The fruit is handpicked and very gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is bottled early to preserve the delicate fruit characters. Best enjoyed young, this wine will drink well for several years. The d'Elena offers fresh citrus fruit acidity and light pear fruit. This wine's natural acidic balance and savoury mineral length make it the perfect food wine.

Straw yellow in colour. Light and delicate on the nose, characterised by a subtle elegant floral nuance followed by hints of golden delicious apples and distinctive vegetal notes. Dry and medium-bodied, the palate faithfully reflects the nose, being tangy and satisfying, while at the same time simple and exceedingly enjoyable

Crystalline and pure colour with a light green shimmer and silver flashes. The nose is refreshing and precise with green apples, white peaches, fresh moss and spring flowers, such as primrose and daffodil. On the palate it is a well-balanced and pleasant dry wine which is also fresh and pleasingly well-rounded. It is lively and zippy, but still retaining subtlety and elegance. A fine successor to the previous vintage. The grapes are taken in small tubs to the presses, which are filled by gravity, without any pumping or other mechanical intervention. After pressing, the must is decanted for a few hours, then fermented in temperature-controlled barrels or vats (at 18 to 24°C). The wine is racked just once, before natural clarification during the course of the winter. The following spring, the wine is lightly filtered just before bottling, and the bottles are then aged in our cellars until released.
