First ever release of Sullivans Cove XO Double Cask Brandy is a marriage of ten different casks, each selected for their individual flavour profiles to create a uniquely Tasmanian spirit much more than the sum of its parts. Each brandy in this batch was aged for between nine and ten years in various French Oak ex-tawny and American oak ex-Bourbon casks, distilled from a wide variety of Tasmanian wines including chardonnay, pinot noir, gewurztraminer, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot to achieve incredible complexity.'This brandy starts out with almonds, brown sugar, tropical fruits and white flowers for a wildly complex nose. On the palate, Turkish delight, blood orange and strawberry notes sit on a lovely base of cocoa and vanilla cream, and the finish starts out with fresh fruit salad and moves into fine tannins and nougat that stick around for the long haul. All in all, a full bodied and beautiful brandy with an intriguing balance of topical and savoury.'

The ingredients that go into the distillation of Hwayo Soju, Korean rice spirit, are all natural and carefully curated. Using pure underground spring water and organic Korean rice, Hwayo products are distilled at low temperatures to preserve the ingredients natural flavours and bouquets. The 25 Soju is Hwayos most traditional version with a smooth, pleasant flavour that will give any Soju connoisseur a little more than they bargained for. Free from additives and preservatives.

Aberlour a'bunadh is a single batch single malt that is sourced exclusively from the Speyside region - abunadh meaning 'The Origin' in Gaelic. Straight from the cask without chill-filtration and alcohol reduction, this whisky is heavy bodied and jam packed full of flavour. Abunadh is not for the faint hearted as with each batch of Abunadh they mature the Aberlour spirit exclusively in Spanish Oloroso Sherry Butts. The nose, is simply Christmas in a glass. Dried dates combined with heavy spices, cloves star anise and cinnamon sticks with burnt orange in the back. The feeling of black cherries with luxury dark chocolate coat the mouth with sherry and oak laced into it. An extremely robust Scotch leaves a finish full of exotic spices and wonderful oaky notes.

Beyond smooth. The crisp taste of Herradura Ultra starts with one of our finest anejos filtered to remove color and enhance smoothness. Prior to filtering, a subtle hint of pure agave nectar is added giving Ultra subtle notes of cooked agave, caramel, and honey with toasted almonds and a finish that is beyond smooth.

St Agnes XO Imperial 20 Year Old is a deep amber in colour.The nose is a myriad of crýme caramel, toffee apples and Christmas cake with underlying chocolate, apricots and almonds. The palate is long with ethereal rancio characters of truffle, walnut, chocolate and poached pear.

Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. A small batch Anejo named after founder Don Julio Gonzalez-Frausto Estrada, who first distilled Tequila at the age of just 17 in 1942. Aged for at least 30 months in American white-oak, this is a remarkably smooth and incredibly complex Tequila with notes of tropical fruit, agave and a hint of cinnamon spice. Day of the Dead is one of Mexicos most celebrated national holidays. This unique celebration of cultural diversity is celebrated through decoration, and an abundance of fantastic quality food and tequila. Tequila connoisseurship has shifted up a gear, away from the well-worn triple-threat of salt, lime and shot. With the Day of the Dead celebration kicking off on the 31st of October, now is the time to embrace tequila, the spirit crafted in Mexico from the agave blue weber plant.

Since 1896 all Mortlach whiskies have been 2.81 distilled. Unlike with any other whisky, our spirit criss-crosses between six copper stills of completely different silhouettes 0.81 more times than is Scotch tradition. It is an exact science graced with a touch of magic from The Wee Witchie.The Wee Witchie is the smallest of our six stills. Since it was first forged more than 120 years ago we have fastidiously ensured every dent and detail remains unchanged because it is within this copper chamber that the specific richness of taste which has earned Mortlach the reputation as The Beast of Dufftown is created. We dedicate this 12 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky to the still that bears the beast. It has been double cask matured in both European and American oak to enhance the distinctively rich and robust character that makes Mortlach whiskies legendary.

Single cask malt whisky from Overeem in Tasmania aged in a French Oak Sherry quarter cask. This smaller cask leads to greater interaction between wood and liquid during maturation and results in a more intense whisky.
