Saviero is a name which runs through many generations of the Trimboli family, most recently from Salvatore (Sam’s) to his own son. Salvatore’s father Saverio taught Salvatore to make wine, and this brand is a salute to a long-standing family tradition. The wines under this brand all honour Europe’s great family of grape varieties including Spain’s Albariño grape. Albariño, it can be argued is Spain’s signature white wine grape – particularly from Rías Baixas region of northwest Spain. This is a fresh, seafood-friendly Aussie Albariño from the brilliant Sam Trimboli.

Main Divide is named after the local name for Southern Alps that divide New Zealand's south island in two. Their 2008 Chardonnay is made using traditional Burgundian methods and has resulted in a wine of great complexity. Devil's Corner Chardonnay shows some up-front ripe stone fruit, citrus characters and hint of subtle spiciness. It shows excellent flavour intensity with great persistence and a refreshing finish.
