The wine is light to medium bodied, supple and textured – red berry fruits follow on from the nose. The palate reflects the warm vintage conditions – with fine grained, structural tannins preceding a long cherry, earthy finish.

Mornington XPA is a hoppy fruit bomb with a lean malt profile and packed with aromas of citrus and stonefruit followed by distinct flavours of lemon, pine and mango. This ale is surprisingly sessionable, mild in bitterness and bursting with hop character.

With its deep copper hue, O’Brien Dark Ale delivers warmth and mouth feel. Its dark, spicy notes sit perfectly alongside hints of caramel that combine to complete this winter brew.
