OBrien Pale Ale is a 100% gluten free light golden ale with abundant citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a light sweetness. OBrien Pale Ale was Australias first commercially produced gluten free beer and is made from gluten free millet and sorghum malts. It is a full bodied American style pale ale, and has been awarded multiple medals at the Australian International Beer Awards.

Farm To Table Chardonnay is pale straw with light green reflections, this chardonnay bursts with aroma of stone fruit and rock melon. Medium-bodied, this wine fills your palate with peach and melon flavours a hint of oak and has a generously flavoured, soft finish.

Pale straw colour, the aroma is floral notes of ripe, delicious apples, pears, and spice. A rich medium-bodied fruit driven style with citrus blossom and musk characters palate. The Pinot Grigio fruit was sourced from cool climate Victoria, a perfect part of Australia for growing this variety. The wine, being an aromatic varietal, was released as one of the first whites to be seen from the vintage.

Distilled in Melbourne by Brogan herself, Evening Light Gin is her fresh and fruity, easy drinking gin. Gentle and zesty, she like to think of it as new age Australian gin. Unique botanicals such as fresh mangos, fresh raspberries and organic white grapefruit juice form a fruity and unconventional backbone, complimented with sweet piney juniper and warm cassia. refreshing strawberry gum and river mint shine through. With a gentle piney juniper and dry coriander seed base lifted up by fresh Australian mangos, raspberries, and white grapefruit juice to create a lively character. Highlighted by the delicate floral flavours of red rose petals and lavender, and warmed by cassia bark. Australian native botanicals of strawberry gum, lilli pilli and river-mint give a gentle, sweet, berry like element and deliciously refreshing. Superb in a G&T, terrific in fruity cocktails and easy to drink with soda water.

Crafted to deliver a distinct flavour hit like no other. Made using only the freshest ginger it delivers a punchy ginger bite. It has a clean, smooth taste and as the liquid passes through the palate the ginger will fill the whole mouth, leaving a warmth at the back of the throat. Should be inverted before opening to allow the sediment to go back into solution. Enjoy straight or pour over ice with a twist of lemon.

Deep golden colour and a dense foam. Full nose of pine, apricot, citrus, grapefruit and light plum with a slight dank hop grassiness. Light malty in flavour. Strong hop flavours of pine, citrus, apricot and stone fruit. Strong but very smooth bitterness from front to end. Medium-light body with a dry smooth yet bitter finish, leaving you wanting for more. The hop cones were lured by the tunes of the Piper to give this IPA extra flavours.

Leffe Blonde is a Belgian Abbey Ale, golden in colour. It has a delicate aroma of smoked bacon which combines beautifully with the more obvious aromas of caramel and toffee which are derived from the special ''Aromatic'' malts used. These malts go through a special kilning process which dries and cures the malt at high temperatures resulting in high soluble sugar levels giving Leffe its distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.

Shiny pale straw with silver green hints. Poppy lemon skin, grilled grapefruit, melon and berry aromas mingle with toasted sweet nut scents. Crisp melon fruit drives through to the mineral acid finish. Spot on with a good fatty goats cheese like a demi-sec Grottin de Chavignol or Pouligny St-Pierre. It would be worth trying with fresh Coffin Bay Oysters. This wine will start to hit its stride after 6 months and mature well over the next 10 years.

A classic, full bodied English style stout brewed with the finest English malts and hops they could get their hands on. Dry Roast on the nose with a velvety mouthfeel. Its a deliciously balanced and hearty ale.

Mornington XPA is a hoppy fruit bomb with a lean malt profile and packed with aromas of citrus and stonefruit followed by distinct flavours of lemon, pine and mango. This ale is surprisingly sessionable, mild in bitterness and bursting with hop character.
