STARWARD Two-Fold represents a landmark achievement for modern Australian whisky. Bringing together two iconic Australian grains; wheat and malted barley, STARWARD has created a distinctly approachable, well rounded whisky fully matured in Australian red wine barrels.

Taking inspiration from those great Tennessee Whiskeys and Kentucky Bourbons comes Australias first version of a sour mash whiskey. Using a classic grain bill of corn, rye and malted barley, sourced entirely from Western Australia, our full flavoured sour mash is bursting with tones of vanilla, caramel and hazelnuts. This mixed grain whiskey is richly textured with elegant spices and fruit with a smooth creamy finish. Each barrel is hand bottled and numbered in keeping with our small batch tradition.

Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. Entirely made by hand, Lark consistently distills some of the worlds most prized Whiskies, with no more than 100 litres at a time. Distilled in locally crafted copper-pot stills, this exceptional classic cask is the flagship product of the Lark Distillery. This Whisky is best described as a complex mix of vanilla-caramel-maple syrup with some slightly spicy, floral notes and gentle hints of fresh pepper on a flavourful lingering finish. Aged 4yrs in Portuguese sourced Port barrels and re-conditioned in Tasmania, Iron House pure Tasmanian Single Malt Port Cask is an enticing drop. The initial pour sits in the glass with a reddish orange embered hue and greets the nose with a stone fruit, red wine, buttery, sweetened spiced aroma. A palate of red berried wines, dried dark fruit, orange zest, hazelnut oak warmth with a touch of dark chocolate, tobacco and heat.

Warm and aromatic taste with a strong note of pepper. Long and pleasant perception of balance between bitter and spicy. An irresistible itense and characteristic scent along with the intense aromas that come to the nose unfold in a fresh sip rich in citrus aromas of orange and bergamot, to then unfold in the fresh hints of aromatic and balsamic herbs.

Authentic tequila combined with triple sec and tangy Australian limes, bringing to life the original, fresh and crisp taste explosion. Garnish the rim of the glass with lime wedge and add salt for extra punch. Served chilled over ice.

English explorers coined the term allspice because the berry seemed to embody the flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove all at once. On the Caribbean island of Jamaica, this distinctive aromatic liqueur has been produced for generations by macerating allspice in the finest Jamaican rum.
