Corowa Characters celebrates the people behind the whisky made at Corowa Distillery in Corowa NSW. A very approachable, single malt, wine cask whisky that exhibits floral characters with honeycomb sweetness on the nose. The palate indicates the combination of French and American Oak influences and the sweetness follows through with good spirit integration.

Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey. Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.

New Golden Bickie flavoured Aussie Whisky from Ned. As sweet and tasty as an iconic golden bickie straight out of the oven, this whisky has an instantly recognisable sweet and buttery smooth texture. Aroma: A very familiar vanilla and warm golden syrup with fresh oats and pastry jump out of the glass. The sweetness grounded in the nostalgia of golden bickies straight out of the oven. Flavour: Golden syrup covers everything on the creamy, sweet palate. Toffee, vanilla essence, coconut with just a hint of white chocolate. A full and silky texture. Finish: Dried oats dipping in caramel and golden syrup sweetness, the biscuity notes round out a highly satisfying and moreish experience.

Unshackled from winemaking traditions, our Copper series makes any occasion a celebration, so we decided to make a gin from Prosecco. Rather than grain, we make our gin from Prosecco wine spirit distilled with juniper berries, coriander, orange peel and rosebuds. Delicious.

Wonderfully well-rounded balancing sweet, floral, and biscuit aromas with a richness and warmth of caramel, marzipan, and dark berry flavours. The palate is well rounded with a pleasantly delicate mouth feel and culminates in a long finish, with a refreshing aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
