Bringing together two iconic Australian grains; wheat and malted barley, STARWARD has created a distinctly approachable, well rounded whisky fully matured in Australian red wine barrels.

A distinct style of Australian Single Malt Whisky, Morris Signature is finished in the world’s finest fortified wine barrels for exceptional flavour. Distilled, aged, and crafted in Rutherglen, Victoria using only 100% Australian malted barley at the family brewery, with water sourced directly from the Snowy Mountains positioned to the East. Distilled with original re-conditioned 1930s Whitehill copper-pot and column still named “Aurora” and matured in hand selected ex-wine barrels from family-owned wineries in Barossa and Coonawarra. Wonderfully well-rounded balancing sweet, floral, and biscuit aromas with a richness and warmth of caramel, marzipan, and dark berry flavours. The palate is well rounded with a pleasantly delicate mouth feel and culminates in a long finish, with a refreshing aftertaste that lingers on the palate.

NED is distilled from select Australian grain and matured until it has a boldness and character that befits its name. This limited First Batch is fiercely independent and unlike anything that has come before it.

Morris Sherry Barrel is a mature style single malt whisky that highlights the perfect balance of oak, malt, and sherry barrel influence. Maturated in a combination of French and American oak ex-Australian red wine casks and finished in barrels that have held our Morris of Rutherglen 10yr-Aged Amber Apera (Sherry). The Aged Amber is a full flor fino, produced predominantly from the Palomino grape. It exhibits a drier style, showing elegance and complexity from years of long-term aging in cask, making it a beautiful compliment to the whisky. The result is a well-integrated and very approachable Australian single malt which the broad whisky consumer can embrace. Bottled at 46% ABV. Colour: Tiger-eye gemstone with copper highlights. Nose: Spun toffee, baked fruit flan with peach compote and fresh sherry cask notes. Palate: It has a unique Rutherglen character of being produced from all Australian ingredients and finished in Morris of Rutherglen award winning Apera casks. Producing a well-structured whisky with subtle spice, toasted nut and clean oak characters. Finish: Delicious, candied lemon with gentle sage and marjoram herbal profile. Symphony No. 1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, representing a composition of exceptional Tasmanian single malt whiskies. Crafted from a symphony of complementary casks, Head Distiller Chris Thomson has expertly woven the complexity of American oak bourbon with the balance of sherry and heavier depth of port to form a creamy, oily melody of flavours; a malt whisky thats full of life from start to finish and carries the uncompromised signature of Lark Whiskya Tasmanian icon.

Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey. Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.

Starward Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky is uniquely Australian, crafted exclusively with local wine barrels for maturation resulting in a Whisky with balanced aromas of raisins, bananas and a touch of balsamic lead to clove, toffee and nougat. The palate is filled with red berries, hints of cinnamon and a variety of savoury and spice driven notes. A long, dry and tannic finish guides a strong linear reach through the palate, balancing a generous roundness and oiliness of the spirit.

The Old Stables has been created to be the perfect introduction to the Old Kempton whisky range. Bottled at a modest 40.5% alc/vol, this small batch release is wonderful for sharing a dram with friends over dinner. Colour Golden brown. Nose Soft vanilla, malt & dried fruit on the nose. On the second inspection, cereals & nutty flavours. Palate Beautiful texture, good integration of the alcohol. The balance of the whisky is lovely with fruit and intense spices on the finish. Good length, very persistent on the tongue.
