Lark Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky is proudly unique in character and style. Distilled in locally crafted copper-pot stills, this exceptional classic cask is the flagship product of the Lark Distillery. Aroma: A very familiar vanilla and warm golden syrup with fresh oats and pastry jump out of the glass. The sweetness grounded in the nostalgia of golden bickies straight out of the oven. Flavour: Golden syrup covers everything on the creamy, sweet palate. Toffee, vanilla essence, coconut with just a hint of white chocolate. A full and silky texture.
