Artisan Victorian barley is sourced to begin the bespoke process which ends up in aged Australian Apera casks that have been re-coopered, re-toasted and re-sized. All of which help create a Whisky of smoothness, sweetness and unparalleled complexity.

Hellyers Road Distillery, situated on the picturesque northern Tasmanian coast line, was established in 1997 and is Australia's largest distiller of Australian single malt whisky. Named after Henry Hellyer who was one of the first explorers to set foot in the interior north of the then Van Dieman's Land. This 10 Year Old single malt whisky is Hellyers flagship product and is distilled from Tasmanian grown malted barley, pure rainwater and yeast. American White Oak barrels are used to mature this bespoke malt that delivers a smooth and balanced taste.

Banks Botanicals is a distilled organic, non-alcoholic spirit that uses Australian botanical ingredients from Victoria’s Yarra Valley. Five native botanicals in the mix, make for a rich and sophisticated flavour profile. Organic. 100% locally sourced. For us, it’s all about the flavour. We use mountain-fresh Yarra Valley water to combine the distinctive cinnamon notes of cassia with the fresh high notes of lemon myrtle and lime. Add to this the wattleseed, which brings a nutty, roasted taste, then the spice of the wild Tasmanian pepperberry and you have a strong, memorable finish that lingers long after the final sip.

Made using 100% Australian grown rye from a single farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia. The whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrels to embody the characteristics of traditional rye whiskey. Flavour notes: Sweet allspice, clove and pepper followed by dried red fruit and creme caramel.

Luxardo Bitter is obtained from a separate infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and citrus fruits in water and alcohol. Such infusions are then blended together according a Luxardo Family original recipe before being filtered and bottled. Bright red in colour, herbal and citrusy aromas meet distinctive gentian and wormwood flavours, which distinguish Luxardo Bitter. Ideal for many classic cocktails such as Americano or Negroni, it can also be enjoyed neat or over ice as an Aperitivo.
