Six Dogs Blue derives its name from the Blue Pea flower (Clitoria Ternatea), an antioxidant and aphrodisiac in traditional medicine. As chance would have it, ‘Blue’ is also the name of the smallest dog in our pack of six. The infusion of Blue Pea gives the Gin its striking blue colour. The alchemy of this unusual botanical is further revealed when the Gin is mixed with a good tonic, changing the colour to light pink. Six Dogs Blue is the most royal of Gins. A party Gin. Six Dogs Pinotage Stained Gin is the love child of Six Dogs Gin and our neighbours highly prized block of Pinotage grapes. Our gin is distilled in small batches through generous quantities of juniper and fresh citrus. It is then placed in tanks together with handpicked Pinotage grapes to allow the gin to extract the deep red essence. The result? Six Dogs Pinotage Stained Gin. An alchemy between neighbours, friends, nature and of course, six faithful dogs.

One glimpse of the sleek, black bottle indicates that this is something very special. Our Navy Strength Gin uses the same botanical mix as our classic London Dry Gin including Primrose, sweet cicely, nettle, rhubarb, milk thistle, rose-hip and Taylors of Harrogate green and jasmine tea, however is stronger and richer with an ABV of 57%. This creates a great body and intensity whilst still retaining our classically smooth finish. This gin continues the tradition of the Royal Navy’s ‘proof test’, whereby gunpowder can still ignite if gin is accidentally spilled upon it.

Geometric is an unapologetically a bold juniper and coriander gin. Along with subtle Cape Malay style cinnamon, cardamom and clove lined with the earthy indigenous buchu and Cape snowbush.Botanicals are bound together with Cape brandy, a masterfully textured spirit which gives this gin its uniquely rich and round profile. Prominent juniper and earth notes followed by subtly spiced citrus. Juniper, Cape snowbush and clove interlace around the soft-edged texture of the spirit. Cardamom and coriander pull the spirit to the back of the palate for a surprisingly long finish. Its length and texture making it ideal for a martini, its prominent juniper beautiful in a Geometric Gin and Tonic.

A beautiful, hand crafted gin, made and bottled on the banks of the Silent Pool. A contemporary take on a London Dry Gin Distilled with 24 botanicals including juniper, liquorice root, cassia bark and cardamom for depth and spice, and bergamot orange and kaffir lime for citrus. Rose, lavender, chamomile and linden flowers add floral notes, while local honey delivers a smooth finish. TASTING NOTES A classic gin at heart, full bodied and fresh with depth, clarity and flavour. A rich and clean juniper-driven spirit. The delicate flavours of lavender and chamomile combine with fresh citrus notes and a velvety honey.

Rounded and smoky - like burning Applewood - with creamy toffee, aniseed, treacle and dates. A curious suggestion of juicy fruits, such as peach and banana. With a drop of water, reminders of Ardbeg's classic fragrance lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar. A gentle waxiness, like fragrant candle wax, and hints of smoked herbs. An Oa gives a final subtle reminder of the sea with briny notes and seaweed but always accompanied with creaminess. A smooth, creamy texture leads into a huge syrupy sweetness, flavours of milk chocolate, treacle toffee, aniseed, orange and smoky tea leaves. Gentle, sweet spices (nutmeg & cinnamon), some cigar smoke, and a very unusual flavour of grilled artichokes. Wood is always present in the spirit, gently nutty and reminiscent of a carpenter's workshop. A long, sweet finish, with floral overtones, mint toffee and some gentle malty biscuit notes.

Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.
