Rounded and smoky - like burning Applewood - with creamy toffee, aniseed, treacle and dates. A curious suggestion of juicy fruits, such as peach and banana. With a drop of water, reminders of Ardbeg's classic fragrance lime, pine resin, fennel, saddle soap and tar. A gentle waxiness, like fragrant candle wax, and hints of smoked herbs. An Oa gives a final subtle reminder of the sea with briny notes and seaweed but always accompanied with creaminess. A smooth, creamy texture leads into a huge syrupy sweetness, flavours of milk chocolate, treacle toffee, aniseed, orange and smoky tea leaves. Gentle, sweet spices (nutmeg & cinnamon), some cigar smoke, and a very unusual flavour of grilled artichokes. Wood is always present in the spirit, gently nutty and reminiscent of a carpenter's workshop. A long, sweet finish, with floral overtones, mint toffee and some gentle malty biscuit notes.

A bouquet of heady Australian native botanicals including lemon myrtle, finger lime and pepper berry abounds. On the palate, layers of intriguing flavour unfold, from familiar juniper to juicy finger lime, mellow wattle seed and lingering zest and peppery spice.

Gin Mare is a premium Mediterranean Gin from Spain. The uniqueness of Gin Mare lays on its Mediterranean ingredients, being the only Gin using Arbequina Olives, Rosemary, Thyme and Basil as its main botanicals. Four Pillars Spiced Negroni gin cuts through the Campari and vermouth in your Negroni. It uses the base Four Pillars botanicals along with extra Tasmanian pepper berry leaf and cinnamon. There is also some West African spice called Grains of Paradise, with clove and Sichuan characters. Cameron uses organic blood oranges in the botanical basket, as well as ginger.

Forty Spotted Rare Tasmanian Gin is hand distilled in small copper pot stills using the steeping method of Gin production and use of traditional botanicals of juniper berry, coriander and lemon peel creating a traditional London Dry style, but incorporating something a little bit special to give this Gin a unique finish.

This stunning looking Gin bottle is backed up by a host of international awards including Double Gold medals at the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2017. The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Careful blending is key, creating a layered palate and full-bodied mouthfeel.

An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. The choice of botanicals is a starting point for any distiller and its inclusion of fresh strawberries that gives this gin its unique blush pink hue. Featuring complex fruit flavours thanks to the inclusion of fresh strawberries, which are steeped together with an array of other botanicals. Available exclusively at Vintage Cellars, this gin is not to be missed.

Awarded Ireland's best gin, Dingle Original Gin contains botanicals from a pristine Kerry landscape, including rowan berry, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. Macerated for 24hrs, the spirit is distilled in a hand beaten copper still with resulting vapors passing through a flavour basket. The distillate is then cut with pure water drawn from a well 240ft below the distillery. Each bottle is hand filled and numbered by batch. Best served over ice with tonic and a wedge of fresh orange.
