Blacks Distillery is located in Kinsale, Co. The gin features 13 carefully selected botanicals. A modern Irish Gin, refreshingly balanced with citrus and spice, featuring freshly cut citrus peels, hand cracked juniper berries, and vapour infused Irish Heather Flowers picked locally on the Wild Atlantic Way. This is a powerful, full flavoured and complex gin created using our very own grape spirit base, for drinkers of Gin with a little bit of a kick. Grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Navy Strength Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle to name a few. The full flavoured, strong finish is enough to compliment any cocktail but, we think, much like the sailors of old that it is best enjoyed by itself, a sipping gin if you will.

Glenfiddich, the worlds most awarded single malt Scotch Whisky, has launched Glenfiddich Fire & Cane, an unexpected combination of their rarely-seen peated whisky with unpeated bourbon-aged single malt, all of which is finished in Latin rum casks. The result is a surprisingly sweet and smoky dram that blends rich caramel and spice notes with fresh green fruit and soft pillowy smoke. A worthy continuation of the series that's very interesting to pair with different types of food try it with spicy sausage or ice cream, for example!

Ancient Wisdom barrel-aged Gin is the provocative union of over a dozen exotic botanicals, meticulously sourced from around the world that ravish your palate and restore the soul.Some of our locally sourced botanicals undergo a special cold barrel fermentation treatment, developed in-house before undergoing a time-honored distillation and brewing process. This special technique retains the refined phenolics and raw aromatics leading to a smooth, succulent finish.Distilled botanicals are then aged in 4-year-old x-Chardonnay Barrels for several months for added texture and to advance the integration of oak tannins with herbal phenolics.With a hand on heart, I can say that this is an exceptional drop.
