The Giesen Organic Sauvignon Blanc is a brilliant new addition to the Giesen stable of outstanding white wines that includes the world famous Giesen Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced from two BioGro certified vineyards in Marlborough, this fresh and vibrant aromatic white shows the trademark burst of tropical fruit flavours the region is famous for along with plenty of lemon and lime zest to give the wine real drive. There is an understated feel to the wine, while still retaining all that we love about Marlborough; bold, fruit-driven flavour.

A true favourite in the world of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, Giesen produces a brilliant style here with their flagship 'The Brothers'. Hints of tropical on the nose and palate, but with fantastic texture and mouth feel to separate it from the crowd.

Atop the ridge, Beachwood fruit is removed from the coldest nights, and benefits from the slightly breezier summer days. This brings out the tropical, slightly minerally notes in the fruit, and herby aromatics. Colour: Button grass green/ pale yellow. Nose: Aromatic, herby, nettles and white peach. Palate: Exploding fruit, zesty and refreshing. Classic Marlborough characters of peach, melon, a hint of passionfruit, and a lively acid balance clean finish.Food Match: Works really well with creamy sauces, and dips with flavours of garlic or artichoke. Perfect to take to your favourite Thai BYO, and balances well with a rich salad like a Caesar. Winemakers Comments: Lots of beautiful fruit to choose from this vintage. It was a big crop from the outset, so we had the luxury of reducing yield and intensifying flavours. Great vineyard management.

The grapes for this Lighter Sauvignon Blanc were harvested from carefully selected early-ripening vineyard sites, enabling the alcohol content to be naturally 25% lighter. This light vibrant wine smells like summer, with a lively palate of passionfruit and grapefruit flavours. Perfect on its own or with fresh summer salads.

Our Earthgarden Organic Sauvignon Blanc has lifted aromas of citrus fruits, lime and grapefruit that leap from the glass. The flavours on the palate showcase fresh herbs, lemongrass and passionfruit.
