Sourced from a number of old vineyards in the Riverland and McLaren Vale, some of which are dry grown bush vines. Aromatic and lifted on the nose with a beautifully layered, textural palate with wild strawberry and spice. Vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine.

This wine is mid-weighted, displaying layers of mixed red fruits and spicy notes. The tannins are gentle and interwoven with subtle French oak characters.

This Shiraz is a medium-bodied wine with luscious upfront fruit and hints of black pepper with a textural finish.

Gorgeous Grenache displays a beautifully perfumed nose with hints of violets and wild strawberry. The palate is succulent, juicy and Pinot-like in its profile while the finish is savoury and moreish. A cool moderate summer with consistent flavour development . The season produced rich flavours and ripe tannins. Distinctive Margaret River regional Cabernet Sauvignon aromas, with rich dark fruit flavours. Soft fruit tannins on the finish. Beef casserole or dukkah crusted lamb cutlets. A delicious wine to drink young for its primary fruit charcaters. The wine will gain complexity and smoothness with cellaring 5 to 8 years.

Small parcels of the best quality fruit from across top regions in South Australia were chosen for this Reserve Durif – and it shows! It’s big, rich and mouthcoating, a ‘black red’ with some serious heft. Take that as a warning! The wine is named after a type of cattle (Hereford/ Shorthorn cross) bred for the harsh conditions of Australia’s far north, and has been crafted with steak in mind. Hints of black pepper and dark chocolate coat the palate with layers of rich red fruit and black cherry.

Very deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated liquorice and blackberry aromas meld with vanillin cedar, earth and pepper. Rich and lush with a velvety feel, opulent liquorice and blackberry fruits overlay a back drop of black raspberry, scorched earth and blackpepper. Excellent concentration. Slightly chewy tannins concluding with a long spicy black fruited aftertaste. Drink over the next 3-4 years. Alc. 14%
