Georges Duboeuf Moulin-A-Vent

An intense colour that fluctuates between deep ruby and dark garnet. The Moulin-à-Vent reveals floral and fruity aromas dominated by violets and supported by a hint of cherry. Tannic, fleshy and subtly spicy, the Moulin-à-Vent develops complex flavours that combine finesse and harmony. We recommend to taste this wine at 15-16 °C.

P. Ferraud & Fils Fleurie

Jaffelin Fleurie

The wine is made from Gamay grapes using the specific Beaujolais vinification method. This involves semi-carbonic maceration, during which the grapes begin to ferment from the inside out. When the grapes burst, the juice is released naturally, without pressing. This results in a fresh red wine with silky tannins. The mouthfeel is supple and elegant. Taste notes of red fruit, toast, and undergrowth with a peppery finish. Delicious with poultry, lamb, or various Chinese dishes.

Beaujolais Gamay

Vignoble Aucoeur is the oldest family domain of the Morgon village, in the heart of Beaujolais. Arnaud Aucoeur has been voted 2020 Winemaker of the Year. This cuvée is in honor of the first winemaker of the Aucoeur family, born in Villié Morgon in 1825. Emblem of their know-how and their family heritage, this Morgoncombines richness with a perfumed fruitiness. It has fine tannins and layers of juicy blackberry fruits. It shows both the structured and the fruity side of the appellation in a balanced framework, and is the perfect expression of tradition combined with modernity.

Domaine Dubost is a fourth generation estate and has been managed by the hands of Jean-Paul Dubost since he took over from his father in 1993. They farm approximately 19 hectares, nine of which are from the village appellation. The rest of the land is split between Brouilly, Moulin à Vent, Morgon, and a little in Regnié. He has been transitioning to biodynamics since 2005 and ferments all of the wines with natural yeasts. The crus are made without sulphur or other additions. Jean-Paul Dubost Beaujolais-Lantignié Récolte is a red natural wine made from 100% Gamay grapes from the Beaujolais Village appellation called Beaujolais-Lantignié. Dopff Au Moulin Alsace Pinot Noir

For five centuries, the name Dopff and the majestic medieval town of Riquewihr in Alsace's Upper Rhine, have been inextricable. Since 1574, the Dopffs have dedicated themselves to the art of producing great Alsace wines from vineyards in and around picturesque Riquewihr. The current winemakers at Dopff represent the eleventh generation of the family to cultivate the vine and make wine on their Alsace estate. Dopff have also enjoyed an unbroken trading partnership with Dan Murphys since the mid-1950s. Totally unoaked, to allow the delicacy and freshness of the fruit to shine, the colour is true red-violet robe. The nose is delicate and expressive with notes of red fruit and spices. The palate shows a lovely fruity attack of red berries, and the wine finishes harmoniously with great freshness.

Château Cres Ricards Oenothera

This Estate was created in 1960, at the place known as Crès Ricards, in the village of Ceyras. In 2010 Jean-Claude Mas acquired the 27 ha (69 acres) belonging to the Château, extending the estate to 42 ha in 2013. He was fascinated by the fantastic terroir of the Terrasses du Larzac, which produces silky wines with intense flavors. At the foot of Mont Baudile, 35 km to the west of Montpellier, this vineyard offers a unique geography. Yields are low because of the strict grape selection and carbonic maceration is used to produce generous wines. Made from 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache and matured in new and older French oak for 10 months. The wine is at once full bodied and fresh, with notes of intense black currant, black cherry and mocha gliding to a silky, rich finish.
