A refined expression of cool climate Shiraz, sourced from a slightly warmer pocket of the Adelaide Hills to deliver both vibrancy and depth. Bursting with dark red and black fruits. Think juicy plum, blackberry and ripe cherry. The palate is plush and fruit forward before giving way to a beautifully spiced mid palate reminiscent of Christmas cake and clove with a hint of black pepper.
