It has an amazingly soft texture with a vegetal sweetness balanced against soft and sweet vanilla notes from the ex-bourbon barrels in which it is rested.

A unique cooking method combining the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The Tequila is then aged for five months in used bourbon barrels to give it a complex flavour and delicate aroma. Aromas of vanilla custard, citrus and almonds lead to a hint of liquorice, fruity agave and toasted banana bread, the perfect mix of citrus and toasted oak.

Mayorazgo Cristalino is a Tequila made with the best Blue Agaves coming from the highlands of the Jalisco region. It is made from reposado tequila, but the colour is removed with a filtering process with activated carbon. It preserves its herbaceous and citrus notes, as well as caramel, nuts and vanilla.
