Fox Creek Short Row Shiraz is a terrific McLaren Vale Shiraz with lovely suppleness of texture. Plum aniseed and rich fruit-cake flavours are woven around spicy oak and light lingering tannin.

Shingleback Single Vineyard Shiraz is a true expression of the McLaren Vale region, crafted from select parcels of grapes grown in our Shingleback Vineyard. Its black cracking Biscay clay soil provides exceptional water retention and allows natural moisture throughout the growing period, enhancing the wine with unique dark, rich and earthy characters. Displaying notes of blackberry and spicy clove, enhanced with silky powerful tannins and harmonised in French and American barrels for 12 months. Enjoy now or cellar carefully for up to 10 years.

The depth of colour alludes to the overall intensity and pedigree of this Shiraz. On the nose there is spice and a rich dark fruit purity with a lashing of toasty oak influence. Intense blackberry and dark cherry fruit flavour dominate the mid palate with a hint of white pepper and spice. The complexing oak influence melds elegantly with the wines dark fruit and dark chocolate concentration. Beautifully balanced with tremendous length of flavour, this Shiraz speaks of the provenance of the old vines at the Ingoldby Vineyard.

The Wolf Blass Grey Label Shiraz is an opulent concentrated and complex style with plenty of spicy fruit and a dash of chocolate. True to the style that Wolf himself made from the very beginning of this now iconic brand, this is very tasty and enjoyable now yet it has the weight and complexity to improve with cellaring.

The palate is plush, opulent and velvety. HATCH is delicious now, however you will be reward with medium to long-term cellaring

Chapel Hill makes great value wines in the maritime climate of McLaren Vale. This Shiraz is a beauty. Dark berries and vanillin oak are evident in the bouquet with spice coming through on the palate.

Dense midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Nosing offers up lifted aromatics of dark plum, black cherry and liquorice with some vanillin cedar, smoked meat and peppered clove notes also evident. Mid weighted generous dark plum, black cherry and liquorice fruits carry plenty of flesh across the palate. Scorched earth, clove and peppered meat elements lie underneath. Nicely integrated fine grained tannins concluding ripe and savoury. Drink over the next 4-5 years. Alc. 14%
