Price’s Block 5 is produced from the oldest and most consistent vines at our McLaren Vale vineyard. With a few years of cellaring, this regal McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon from Chapel Hill has grown even more poised and expressive. The wine still proudly reflects its sense of place, but time has brought added depth and harmony. The sweet core of McLaren Vale fruit is now more refined, with dark berries and cassis layered beneath soft, earthy undertones. The once-firm, dusty tannins have mellowed beautifully, giving the wine a smooth, structured finish. Stylish, balanced and impressively mature – a true showcase of McLaren Vale’s charm.
