Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc is often labelled as the brand that kick started the Kiwi Sav Blanc revolution. Without doubt it is seen as an international benchmark Sav Blanc noted for its vibrant aromatics, layers of pure fruit flavours and fine structure.

A beautifully orchestrated sparkling, this bright, salmon-pink wine has a fine bead and aromas of honeyed red fruits with some delicate toasty notes too. The palate is bright and flavoursome, with strawberry biscuit flavours, cleansing acidity and a clean, zesty finish.

Pascal Reverdy’s domaine is based in the tiny hamlet of Maimbray. Maimbray is located in a valley surrounded by chalk hills adjacent to Chavignol and Verdigny. From their small cellar they produce one of France’s most highly awarded Sancerres’. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and green apple infused with fresh herbs drift from the glass trailed by some light grassy and stony mineral scents. Lime and green apple fruits abound on the intensely flavoured palate underscored by fresh acidity. Dog Point is responsible for some of Marlborough's best Pinot noir. This release has lifted aromas of dark cherries stone fruit and violets. The palate is rich and complex with a supple velvety texture.

The grapes for our 2016 Showy Willow Sauvignon Blanc come from a small vineyard at the top of Willunga Hill in the Adelaide Hills. The fruit was hand pick and progressively transported to our winemaker in McLaren for crushing and fermentation. Aromas This is a pale yellow-green wine presenting intensely tropical aromas with passionfruit and pineapple leading to a rich full palate.

White gold in colour the Prophets Rock displays floral and citrus aromas and flavours with a strong underlying minerality. These aromas are echoed on the concentrated, crisp and lingering palate. The freshness and aromatics make this a great food wine which will harmonize with a diverse range of fish, seafood, salads and white meats.

The wine tastes remarkably good: concentrated, aromatic, and complex. The speed with which the grapes became concentrated preserved magnificent vivaciousness. The wines are truly brilliant.

Very pale straw. The first impression is of intense flinty, minerally notes verging on gunpowder. The bunches are lightly crushed as soon as they arrive to the winery. The must is pumped into stainless steel tanks and left to cold settle before the fermentation, which occurs naturally. The temperature of the ferment is closely monitored to avoid any possible risk of oxidation and to retain freshness and aroma. The wine is racked and a minimal addition of sulphur dioxide is made as required. The wine is rested in tank prior to bottling. Domaine Christian Salmon is looking to preserve the typical flavours and aromas of Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, and no oak treatment is involved in the production. Domaine Christian Salmon is a family owned estate in the Coteaux Buetons, covering 15 hectares within the appellation of Sancerre Blanc and 3.25 hectares for Pouilly Fume. For six generations the Salmon family has been growing grapes and making wine with care, finesse and passion. The wines are in a classic, fresh and zesty style reliant on indigenous ferments, a very slow and gentle crush and extended time on lees in tank. Today Armand Salmon farms two main soil types in Sancerre: Terres blanches (clay-limestone), on the westernmost hills and Caillottes, (very stony and limestone rich). In the commune of Pouilly-sur-Loire, Domaine Christian Salmon's unique vineyard "Clos des Criots" is located in the centre of the village. The soils are marls rich in oyster fossils (Kimmeridgian) and Villiers limestone.
