Our 2018 Shiraz is a classic Shiraz! The 2018 vintage was hot and dry, which resulted in small, intensively flavoured grapes. The 2018 vintage is a beautifully balanced Shiraz, but we've still retained a strong fruit driven note with smooth tannins and subtle French oak. Great drinking now and put it away for a few years.

David and Jenny Jones are making wine with tremendous depth of fruit flavour, reflecting the relatively low-yielding but very well- maintained vineyards in The Pyrenees. A bold but beautifully expressive, boisterous dark wine with aromas of blueberry, plums, dark chocolate and green peppercorns

Ripe maraschino cherries, licorice, mushroom and forest undergrowth characters all combine to produce a complex medium bodied wine with a high natural acid and matching firm tannin structure that is crying out for food with olive oil.

Dark fruits and licorice intermingled with forest undergrowth notes precede a long lasting, fine tannin Rosemary flavoured finish. The medium weight but firm structure and vibrancy of this wine ensure it has many possible food matches.
