Laroche Chablis Les Chanoines

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and pear infused with a mix of oyster shell and wet slate like notes emanate from the glass followed by some delicate fresh herb and mineral notes. Zippy lime and green apple fruits are underscored by flinty acidity with some oyster shell and slatey mineral characters lingering through the back half. Finishes dry with a river stone like mouth feel and a refreshingly long mineral laced aftertaste. Drink over the next 3-4 years. Alc. 12.5%

Laroche Chablis "St. Martin"

The 2024 Domaine Laroche Chablis "St. Martin" is a crisp, dry white wine from Burgundy, France, produced from 100% Chardonnay. It features intense minerality with aromas of white peach, lemon, and pear, typically aged on fine lees for texture without oak, resulting in a bright, saline finish ideal for seafood and pairing with shellfish

Bernard Michaut AC Chablis

Medhurst Estate Vineyard Chardonnay

Simonnet-Febvre Chablis

Simonnet-Febvre has a dedication to quality Chardonnay that is unsurpassed in the Chablis region. Old vines are entrenched in limestone soil that produce some of the most evocative examples available. Clean, zesty citrus lines of flavour all surrounded by the unmistakable line of acid so prevalent in this classically styled wines. Superb!

Ten Minutes by Tractor Estate Chardonnay

Ten Minutes By Tractor was the result of a the coming together of a series of journeys that began about 30 years ago. Centred around 3 vineyards that are approximately 10 minutes by tractor apart, the winery is now synonymous with terroir driven wines perfectly suited to Mornington Peninsula. Their estate Chardonnay is a wonderful modern interpretation of the variety with layers of complexity and fruit weight balanced by the ever present acid line that runs through the core of this fantastic wine.

Tapanappa Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay

The Piccadilly Valley welcomed the Croser family back into the Tapanappa Winery with a typical cool weather vintage of exemplary quality. Stone fruit, honeydew and lemon zest, with spicy cedar oak in support. Medium bodied, tangy lemony acidity, almond and spice, firm and flinty finish. Its a wine of structure and coiled up power. Good now, but ideally needs a couple of years in the winerack.

Domaine Bernard Defaix Petit Chablis

Defaix's Petit Chablis is drawn exclusively from Kimmeridgian-based soils unlike most Petit that generally comes from the low-lying sites on Portlandian limestone to the north of the commune. It's not necessarily the type of limestone but its location that makes the difference, with Defaix's small parcel being very well situated for this level, high on the slopes of Milly. With juicy apple and stone fruit aromas and flavours, pulpy texture, a vibrant, cool close, it's a wine "on the fruit" as the French would say. It reflects both the depth of the vintage and the cool soils of the region. Certified organic.'An expressive nose blends notes of iodine and sea breeze with those of a mix of yellow orchard fruit. There is good richness to the very round and seductively textured flavors that possess evident salinity on the delicious finale. This should drink well almost immediately.' - Allen Meadows.

La Chablisienne Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy

White gold in colour, limpid and brilliant with golden reflections. The first nose is toasted, grilled. After aeration, notes of ripe, slightly stewed, caramelized white-fleshed fruit appear. Seductively soft, sweet notes. Balanced in the mouth. We find these notes of fruit bringing fullness and roundness. A saline hint on the finish brings energy and length. The whole is structured with a noticeable, well-integrated woodiness.
