Blend the rich upfront flavour and a lingering aftertaste of Cabernet, with the silky softness consistency of Shiraz, add a splash of Merlot, and you have a Rouge of super delicious deliciousness. This blend has been simply foot-crushed, hand-plunged during wild ferment and basket pressed to old oak for some sleepy time. The Cabernet, Shiraz & Merlot are all from our Quindalup vineyard.

Wonderful garnet red colour showing aromas of red and blackberries and cedar on the nose. Rich forest fruits and licks of vanillin oak on the palate. Hand plunged in open topped fermenters, with nine months in seasoned French oak barriques.

An elegant palate with flavours of dried plum, forest fruits and mocha, with some savoury notes. Tight, fine tannins provide length and structure, to this wine that finishes with dark chocolate notes.

Complex mix of blackberry, plum, Amaro and cedar oak. Shows a deep mix of red and black fruit, attractive earthy elements, bay leaf and white pepper complexity, red berry-like acidity and well judged oak on the deliciously rich finish.

The synergy between region and variety is on full display here with this powerful Margaret River Cabernet from Allegiance Wines, which will continue to soften in the cellar.Mid garnet with a brick hue. Clean and lifted ripe berry fruit with integrated oak giving depth and complexity. Ripe, youthful and plush with integrated charry oak, rich cassis fruit and silken tannins on the well-balanced and persistent finish.

Vibrant in the glass deep purple with bright red edges. The nose is complex and expressive. A mix of red, blue, purple fruits the blend of varieties reflected in the broader spectrum. Oak though present is not imposing itself. Remarkably fragrant. Savoury notes in the tobacco and cedar zone add interest. Machine harvested at night , crushed and de-stemmed, pressed to French oak (25% new and the balance in staves) for 12 months. This is classic cooler climate Shiraz with beautiful perfumes on the nose and lovely fleshy fruit flavours on the palate, the tannins are soft and generous combining to give the wine a well structured finish.
