This traditional blend has distinctive varietal characters of plums, coffee and dark chocolate with hints of violet flower. It is a wine of great length with textured soft tannins.

The development of this wine was an integral part of a winemakers 9-year, but ultimately unsuccessful, battle with bowel cancer. The first wine under this label was a Riesling and to this day, part of the proceeds from the sale of each bottle to fund his sons education.

This aromatic, medium-bodied wine features zesty lime, fresh rock melon, and green apple flavors. These elements combine seamlessly with natural acidity, leading to a clean and savory finish. Fiano, a grape variety increasingly recognized in Australia, stands out for its compelling texture, varietal expression, and aromatic complexity. Ready to drink now and enjoy with dishes reminiscent of Sicily, such as prawn risotto, fennel and orange salad, or grilled sardines. "Cracking Fiano... terrific drinking."
